This area offers so much to those living, working or visiting here. Preserving and improving the health and beauty of our river and watershed takes
continual effort by our communities.

In our future, we hope all will continue their advocacy to better our environment and understand
the difference individually we can make, and the success we can achieve collectively.

Be a ZAPster

Our volunteers (ZAPsters) will have fun as we clean up and green up our communities, but also build momentum to make sure the work of “bringing back the Blackstone” continues after this anniversary year.  
See how ZAPsters can make a difference.
Have your business/organization join as a “Organization in Action” meaning you will host a clean-up, or individually attend or host a clean-up / green-up project, spread the word about Zap, or help out at the events.
Our goal to rally thousands of volunteers in 2022 is a huge undertaking.  If you are passionate about the environment, ZAP is a great way for everyone to get involved and have fun while you make a difference.
